The Adjustable Accessory Collar is designed to fit on the umbrella shaft, not on the telescoping base. The collar has six holes designed to accept the prongs from cup holders and utility hooks. It is recommended not to use the Adjustable Accessory Collar above the tilt mechanism on the shaft of the umbrella top.
